How long do you store data for?

Prior to 2017 data was stored for 12 months. As of 2017 data is stored for 24 months so you can compare year-on-year performance. All data: events, metrics, charts, route information, reports, screen-shots, packet-captures, etc… are kept at high resolution. If your organization has special data-retention or data-isolation requirements let us know. We have the ability to create entirely separate partitions of our control infrastructure for clients with significant data-classification / retention requirements.
